--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Public book cover of Terzani book because as he responded to the book by Oriana Fallaci, "The Rage and the Pride" after the attacks of September 11, although I believe that the answer is not in the war but within us.
One can not be against those who make the hostages and shoot with a machine gun against those who are quietly having dinner at the restaurant, this is obvious as the fact that these heinous crimes should be punished by applying the law but do not forget that those who make these absurd acts and immolated for a cause no sense to serve multinational companies of weapons and whatever else they too are victims and men, as we are.
There is no possibility to answer hatred with hatred, is not working.
An eye for an eye makes the world blind, Gandhi said.
Who armed these men? Who convinced them to commit suicide to kill other innocent people just to shout "God is great"? What sense does it create terror in a city without hitting any major nerve center of political or military?
How many people are killed every day in the world wars and is not known and no one from the news?
The terror created by the fact that 20% of the planet has 80% of the wealth begins to move in our paradise and you have to start to deal with the sustainability of the type of life we are doing and especially that "they" are doing ...
I feel deep sorrow and sympathy for all victims of Paris but also for their tormentors that are nothing more than expendable pawns of a series of command levels playing with the lives of people in the world. I feel compassion for them too because theirs is a sad life: based on the accumulation of unnecessary wealth that can not take to the grave.
The true wealth is within us: our love of life, love, beauty, awareness.

Come potevo MANGIARLO?

The qualities of goodness and beauty
I know that this post will soon become unpopular as the writer. Well I also know that until 10 years ago, ate meat and fish and ham, salami who does not find it good?
Then it happened within me a change: from day to day what until recently was a delight I watched him and I could see the myriad of suffering caused to produce it. It was just a piece of battered corpse of a sentient being whose life was made hell on earth.
How could I eat it? What qualities in addition to those chemicals (already questionable) I absorbed all that suffering?
Have you ever seen what happens in a herd, intensive or not, and then in a slaughterhouse?
How could I be COMPLETE with so many TERRITANT violence?
I had them and they were me. There is no separation, no difference, we are all alive and life is a gift that we can not afford to take off, especially in that way and for no reason because there are good and healthy foods of all kinds without creating suffering.
So when I see those who post photos of ham, grilled meat, perhaps remembering some jolly jaunt, I feel no resentment but I see myself all those years ago and I hope that one day all will follow this path.
I would just remind you that piece of meat that exhibited so proudly is just a dead body of a living being that has been subjected to all kinds of physical and psychological suffering.
That's all.
Make your choice but always aware.
What are the qualities of goodness and beauty in your opinion?

:-)

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------The harmony between give and take
It 's really amazing how some people do not notice tease others telling of things that have no meaning. In fact instead they take only around themselves because they are not able to listen and hold an intelligent conversation without using the power that someone else gave him.
They look like duties their claims out of every rule and very burdensome for people and make it look like concessions against falls from the normal rights that should be granted.
Maybe they did not understand that the universe is moving harmoniously and then while continuing to ask without ever giving you arrive at a point of impasse.
This is very sad, but especially for them: they can not move because my happiness depends only on me!

Quali routine volete seguire?

Diffondere positività fa bene a te e a chi ti ascolta!

The challenge of 21 days

|

We all have a routine, that set of actions and behaviors that we repeat day after day and that make us feel safe, or so we believe.
There are routine high-impact and low-impact routine.
The routines of high impact are those that move in the desired direction, which help us to be better, to do better, and eventually lead us to have better. Habits are functional to happiness.
Low-impact routines instead are those who steal energy, which separate us from our dreams, which ruin our relationships. Are dysfunctional habits that gradually transforms us into the worst version of ourselves.

What routine you want to follow?
According to several studies, it takes 21 days to change or introduce a new habit.
Here then is a challenge: choose one or two habits among those proposed below and put it into practice for 21 days.
Tell us how it went!

1. Early in the morning, you do something for you
How many of you just get up in the morning to check email, Facebook or other social media? This behavior makes us less productive and less focused on what we planned to do. In the morning, take some time for yourself: 15 minutes for meditation, breathing exercises, reading quotes or blogs that you can inspire or simply enjoyed your breakfast with calm and with the people you love.

2. Spend 10 minutes to think about what went well
Every night before going to sleep, think about what went well during the day, although it is a small goal or a small sign of luck. This will make you think how many blessings we have in your life, after all, and help you to continue on your path of personal growth.

3. Represents each day with a photo
For the next 21 days, look closely at your surroundings and take a picture of something that hits you. Then write a short caption or a paragraph to describe your feelings. This exercise helps to increase the focus and greater appreciation of your surroundings!

4. Unleash your creativity
Creating something from scratch gives a sense of completion and satisfaction. Choose an activity that you like (for example, paint, draw, write, color, sewing, etc.) and let your creativity flow.

5. Learn something new
It's common knowledge: learning something new makes us happy. They are the words of a new language, a new hobby or a new recipe, practice learning something new every day.

6. Teach something every day
Also share our unique gifts and talents and make them available to others makes us feel useful and happy then. What you ask for help people generally? How can you help those around you (family, friends, work)?

7. Use positive words
The words you use create your world. For the next 21 days, think carefully about the words you use to express yourself. Spreading positivity does love you and your listeners!

8. Throw something you do not need
To clean the external environment helps to make order in our inner world. Every day, throw something that you do not need. At first you'll feel a sense of discomfort. Many times it is our fear of separation that does not allow us to let go of the objects to which we are attached and where we think we can not do without. Day after day, it will be easier to identify what is really essential and discard those that do not serve us.

9. Improve your diet
We are what we eat. Enter the small habits to improve your diet. Drink warm water, better still with the lemon juice, it helps to eliminate toxins. Eating more fruits and vegetables, especially if raw, gives you more energy and vitality. On www.crudoeservito.ityou find many free resources for your nutrition.

10. Do at least 20 minutes of exercise every day
Looking after your body makes you feel good. We must not sfiancarsi, just choose an activity that we like, such as walking, running, dancing, meditating and being consistent. Carve out time for us makes us more serene with others.

If we compare our mind to a tv on at all times that we are forced to take us always behind?
Who does not love the TV you can also think of another device: a radio, a book and why not a tablet.
At this point, you would create three types of characters.
The first is the passive: look, listen, read everything that is proposed without any intervention of his will. His life runs in an almost completely unaware.
All that happens is the fault of others and there is no specific project but only some usual desire for wealth and power.
The second character is active and slightly more conscious: sometimes feel within themselves that there is something beyond this tv on at all times but can not grasp the reality.
Look in all the ways of choosing the best programs to achieve some goals it has set itself, but this does not always work so often changing goal.
The third character for some reason occasionally distracted by the TV and while watching a sunset, the song of a bird, the laughter of a child, the roar of a river or straight during an orgasm has realized that there is a reality that is ignored.
He lives as the second choosing programs but its not curiosity, rather restlessness: strives to understand how to get back in that wonderful moment where he was cast with the whole everything was entered into him.
Eventually destroyed by this research one day you let go consciously and suddenly feels a strange silence: the TV is turned off, the switch can only when he wants to and start a new life.

The fake civilization is based on external assessments, acquired concepts that lead to an empty life, merely mechanical. In all this totally misses what makes us very human, that is totally free, has a very high value but not cheap.

Buona vita a tutti.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
My life partner Angela Verardo has recently received a master's degree in life coaching after a beautiful and intense experiential course and I was influenced by this method of analysis of themselves in the search for practical solutions to achieve the objectives.
Of course this is my personal definition, not "the definition".
Life coaching I translate with allenatore di vita.
Whatever your goals and how great are the first step to do is:
Who am I now?
What I want to achieve?
Without the awareness of and the exact point where I'm going no one ever reach anything if you do not live mechanically influenced by the dictates unconscious absorbed in his past life.
There is no future if not living the present.
And then magically, and incredibly the future disappears because it is nothing but this moved a little 'later and there is nothing else in the universe, nothing else but: HERE and NOW.
At this point all you're wondering ... but HOW coaching can make me be aware of myself and of my goals?
Of course this is not easy and every person being different, unique and unrepeatable will have a personal journey to live and different tools to use.
What I saw is very similar for all analysis values as a foundation and use the talents as bricks of the house you want to build.
The Coach is none other than the architect who shows us how to use these tools and accompanies us while we do it, because if we did that alone could make mistakes that would collapse all and we know how difficult it is to get up every time that everything falls on him!
The real Coach with a capital C, in my opinion, is one who has already made the construction of his house and saw that it is solid and comfortable and then come to the awareness of its objectives and can also accompany other in a similar way using custom tools.
Good life to all.

Satyam
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Evolution is a slow process and often discontinuous, but if you look at the history of man in a very macro and noting only steps forward. appears clear.
All suffering and indifference are only exceeded rocks where the man stands and looks forward, while all the others who do not have the knowledge and the courage and crawl under and screaming profanity unspeakable.
Just like in the cartoon ...
The next step is important, but for some does not even exist: we have no right to eat animals.
It is not a simple ethical malfeasance but also scientific because this destructive way of seeing is destroying the planet and much of starving.
I ask you to make us a little reflection and to draw a fact:
if you believe that you are right go ahead and do as you like but if you feel in your heart is not right DO SOMETHING, YOU MAKE A FIRST STEP, however small, thanks.

Hanno rubato i tuoi sogni ,2a puntata

Hanno rubato i tuoi sogni
Seconda puntata

Wei Wu Wei, agire senza agire...
Giusto, come faccio?
Satyam
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------They stole your dreams
Second episode

Wei Wu Wei, action without action ...
Do not mean to wait passively for "something or someone" do for you but basically means being in harmony with the universal flow of events.
You're probably thinking, "and how do I know to be in harmony?"
Right, like I do?
You may not know but only feel, and it is inexplicable in an intellectual way, it is a total experience that opens awareness by expanding exponentially to the point of not being able to distinguish the boundaries with yourself and the outside of themselves.
Each has its own method to accomplish this satori, there is no single method or the best.
Some use methods of expanding one's consciousness, such as meditation (and there are a thousand and one ways like Yoga, Tantra etc. etc.) and others the way of the heart, of love as the Sufis, and others explore boundaries within themselves to annul them and return to the essence, like Zen.
The starting point is always the same: look at yourself in a deep and without judgment, you have to take the right pill.
Take the first step and the journey will already be your destination.

Karma Matrix Consapevolezza e Amore

Undicesima lezione presso l'università dell'essere umano
Karma Matrix Consapevolezza e Amore

Eleventh lecture at the University of the human
Karma Matrix Awareness and Love

The dynamics of the law of karma (cause / effect) are not understandable to dormant since they believe that the actions have been decided, are the choices. Indeed so, but when you choose unconsciously is how not to choose because the action is not by themselves but by the many external influences to which of more importance.
In the way of "matrix" the famous science fiction film even people living in a dream that is crafted from the machines to keep them alive and use the electricity produced by the body to survive. The nerve centers neurons of people "sleeping" are in fact connected to the matrix, which is nothing but a software that will auto renews and creates infinite variables. These variables, however, contain an error that must be corrected by another equation, which is the chosen one that saves men. For machines everything is mathematics but in man there is something stronger, and is unbeatable.
It's called Love.
The machines in the film do not understand this equation and then lose the war.
Love can not be understood, you can not give, you can not catch: you can only HEAR, be partakers of an 'experience uniting themselves to the whole, and it is inexplicable.
You can only LIVE.
While this experience we feel in our hearts a deep salt COMPASSION and an endless GRATITUDE for all that we receive every moment of existence. It 'a very fulfilling experience but that tends to escape in a moment when our mind is active and try to understand.
At that time when we try to label, store ... everything vanishes and I was born a sense of abandonment.
In fact no one has abandoned us, are we that we have passed from a state of consciousness that accepts and observes a state of "wanting to understand and control" every phenomenon.
I'm not saying that we should be like the animals excluding the mind but the exact location is THE MIDDLE WAY, this will do that.
