----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Often I hear people around me: it hurts me here, I have a pain, I have to take that medication or do I go to show myself. In short I want to say that often we notice the presence of our body only when we have a problem: a pain, muscle contraction, joint that is not moving well ...
"Normally," we do not think, the body goes without saying, gets by with its resources and its intelligence and above all many believe to be something other than a set of body-mind-soul.
All these three aspects should be treated systematically with the prevention and a thorough care as are the means to be able to interact with the reality introrno to us. Otherwise we can only treat in times of need, but we run to suffering side effects, we spend time and money to cure the ills that we may not have. The famous triangle of health of applied kinesiology explains very well this principle: each side is one aspect, and when they are in harmony we have a perfect triangle with three equal sides (equilateral) whereas with the pre-eminence of one aspect rather than another it comes to create a discordant figure.
For example, how many of us are informed with respect to the functionality of our body in all its parts? How to keep it always trained and "lubricated" at best to have a good performance and above all to avoid suffering? For example, the sport is not only competition but above all care of their bodies, or best of our global system.
For those who make a slight motion or otherwise fails to maintain consistency over time and in the amount it comes to our aid the art of massage through which an external system creates movements which restore joy to the various body parts and in various modes: with special touches muscles, joints draining the lymphatic system that is its lubrication and also our share less dense with movements that affect the energies that run through our bodies more so-called "thin".

Make at least one massage a week or at least two a month can help the global system to regain some of its harmony and prevent much of minor ailments, using annoying medicine and the consequent side effects. The cost is almost the same drug but the effect is definitely more enjoyable.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------The human mind is an amazing tool that can create beauty, knowledge and well-being. To do so must be precisely, a tool in the hands of consciousness and not a master who rules us like puppets.
To notice when the mind governs or has just ruled to pay attention to their thoughts: we decide or come "on their own" and on and on? And also thoughts about the past or the future only generate suffering and anxiety and make us lose the only eternal instant that it makes sense to fully and completely live: here and now, the right now.
When "we are in this" mind stops in part or in whole to function and our awareness becomes a witness of reality can be a very relaxing and ecstatic moment or a moment like so many others.
Also we must not forget the existence of a "substrate" very powerful that almost always out of our control: the unconscious, or a mind which governs the so-called behavior "automatic" and habits, and that has its roots beyond our very existence, trespassing in a knowledge of the human being common.
Just like an iceberg only shows the tip so the mind shows only the conscious but below there is the largest portion and difficult to control.

Io sono voi e voi siete me, Noi siamo Uno.

–-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The ignorance history repeats itself cyclically. The early Christians were persecuted because institutions (Roman Empire) feared a destabilizing effect that those who declared himself "the son of God" once said that we are all equal and brothers and that love is the supreme spirituality.
Giordano Bruno was burned at the stake by the Christians for his enormous intelligence and his insights of truth. Joan of Arc the same because "the voices and visions" could not essre result of a marked sensitivity towards the Unknown, but only evil lies of a witch ...
Albert Einstein was insulted by his teachers at school that emphasized its inferiority to the other companions.
I could go on for pages but the gist is the same: the ignorance of the mass against the intelligence that's just personal.
Intelligence is not something measurable with stupid tests or the amount of information by which a person is needlessly fills the mind as a computer.
I believe that a person can be said smart as able to be herself in the most natural way, drawing with the intuition of a universal knowledge immense that is available to us as human beings insofar as we refine our awareness.
Awareness exists only in the absence of compulsive thoughts and emotions that determines.
Even today, the day when the official culture provides that any "good slave" adheres to the dominant culture, anyone who tries to express himself, its depth, its inter-be with the Whole and the existence and thus the birth of a new consciousness , you do not understand why no one thinks individually, with his clear mind, his senses, his heart; we put on labels as we were taught mechanically based on similar beliefs ... what is human in this? Where is the knowledge? Where is the compassion in every act when it comes from our hearts?
All stand in judgment of others thinking they are superior, in an endless staircase that becomes a horrible carousel filled with horrible suffering, for us and all.
I'll use an example based on my experience
I'm trying to accomplish this journey in small steps towards my understanding through with meditation practices, connecting with others who are doing the same journey, by sharing their emotions and problems.
I had an inspiration from some teachers who have made this journey and I tried to understand myself bringing that quality of awareness.
Some of these teachers are Osho, Tich Nath Han, Eckhart Tolle, Ramana Maharshi, Mooji.
I also met many people who have followed and personally met these Masters and each of them is important to me.
I also met people who did not follow any master, and no discipline, much less official and one in particular religions is for me the true beacon, the real master to draw upon for my spiritual growth, in a beautiful way conune that will continue forever.
I do not speak of religions or sects or anything. These men are like catalysts: the power of their words even if only words can make us do some small step toward awareness and to spiritual progress.
Their energy, vibrant and if you live close to us but also after leaving the body unable to stir our hearts and our emotions making another step ... and brick by brick we build our and others' salvation to the end of suffering and a new life, a new world that part of ourselves.
I do not claim that no one understands, approves or worse still follow my advice but I expect at least respect for every human being as I respect every living being is part of this wonderful existence. I am you and you are me, We are One.

Who am I? What's really important in this life that I'm living?
I'm really living as I would like and in accordance to what they really are, or my thoughts, my actions, and even what I think I see in front of me are just the result of illusion put to me by all the influences had since I was born ?
What is the core to which I must return to do the zero point? Where is my true center?
Hundreds of questions that you could give as many answers, but it is not the point.
We try to do as the Devas, to say what they are not?

- I am not my name, my gender, my race, my nationality ... etc. etc. They are tags that I have been buckled under a simple "case" geographical, or otherwise. If I had been born in Africa ... If you could not change any of these actually my freedom would simply fake and non-existent.
Moreover all these labels I can easily change in a moment and I would always be the same, or not? Try to swap two newborn children (for example, an Israeli and a Palestinian) and give them to new families. When they grow up to become what society around them and also determine to be trying to tell them about this exchange occurred at birth, you think that it would change something, in addition to the shock?

- I'm Not my job. There are those who strongly identifies with what they "produce" and this can be positive but it depends on your point of view. Example:
If I were the best designer of anti-personnel mines in the world for a large arms industry surely would have a job that provides me fame and money and therefore a good life from the material point of view, but thinking about the consequences of my projects what I really Product if not suffering and death? What use had this my "job"?
I know someone who must be thinking: "someone has to do it because even though it's a dirty job allows you to maintain the balance between life and death and between the strongest and weakest similarly to what was said by Darwin about the evolution of the species" and so on ... etc ... bla bla bla ".
The balance for me are quite different: cooperation, harmony, compassion, sense of belonging to a common humanity, integration and coexistence, respect, peace, serenity and objectives of the non-accumulation of wealth ... .etc etc.

- I am not my thoughts, my mind. This is not true of all but partly. The thoughts are part of me to the extent that through me at that moment but are not produced by me and therefore are not me. The simple proof of this fact takes place when in a meditative phase can "see my thoughts" and vanish floor plan ... something remains vigilant in that moment of no-mind? Sure I'd be sleeping or otherwise I would be dead. Ergo: we are not our thoughts. Thoughts are obviously not physical but even subtly, we are only talking about a process.

- I'm not my body: and here we go on the hard. I have a body but I am not that. (As this nor that). The body allows me to connect and interact with the outside and the inside by my emotions, but they are not even the emotions, variables like the weather.
I can conceive of all this because of my self-consciousness that is pure consciousness, the witness watching my thoughts, my body and my emotions.
The body is a fantastic medium, a wonderful and intelligent machine that I should always be surprised and experience the wonder of the child in front of the sea the first time.

The reality is that we are all of these things and none of them ever, we are part of a living system interconnected that we lost consciousness.
Some people live in miserable so some or all of their lives often because of their identification with the possession of objects or ways of being useless: large amounts of money, fame and success, the largest home and beautiful, the biggest car and powerful, the phone or the newest computer, the most beautiful body and admired, the girlfriends / i collection.
Everything that is worth living usually has no value for this type of people, and indeed has no measurable value to be loved and to love, to have deep understanding, to live in peace and serenity, reach high peaks of awareness, be able to have not passive acceptance, health of body and mind, focusing on their and others' spiritual progress ...
Do this nor that.

Hugs to all   from Alessandro Orlandi

wake up

E poi questi piani, vogliamo parlarne?

Wake up, the nightmare is over. Open your eyes and look at the sun in front of you. The night is over and now begins the day. From the moment you know who you are and you look around everything normally it seems really understand that it is only a carousel, a stage where everyone has a role, but without knowing it.
You just off the carousel and listen only a timid little voice of all those who scream inside your mind.
Turn off the TV, abandons the social media except to communicate and especially filters with your conscience all that they tell you, do not believe in fairy tales!
So far they have made you believe you must do this and that, you have to be afraid of someone else because it's different from you and above you have to continue to work as a slave to pay a debt produced by their petty banking maneuvers. But the debt does not really exist: it is just an invention of the central banks created on purpose to make you more and more a slave of their plans and maneuver your life so you do not wake up.
This is why the world of education is increasingly focused on competition and the cunning and less and less on collaboration and intelligence. If there were so many people around who know how to use their minds instead of being slaves could not manipulate them to their plans.
And then these plans, we want to talk about it? What do you do with all the power and all the wealth of the world when there is no love in your heart to be able to see the beauty, happiness, and enjoy the freedom of this beautiful life?
What do you do with this illusory immense power if the result is only death, wars, suffering, and especially so much ignorance and fear?
We open our eyes and look at the world with our well-attentive conscience and without judgment, we must be witnesses without implications and comparisons, just watching, just watching from the heart and through the senses.
Look, listen, smell it, taste, and touch their lives every day taking every moment as a gift and thanking the existence for all the beauty that exists, all of us together without divisions, I am them and they are me, no separations because we are a one, one universal divine plan that coexists in a single moment: now.

E voi a cosa pensate?
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Today I was thinking of what remains in the memory when we think of a person. Basically what we remember and automatically you are thinking of a particular person? The physical appearance, his manner, his character, what he does in life?
I think everyone gives priority aspect that is closest to our conception of identification.
Who am I? and then Who is He?
In reality, this distinction is only fictitious as the result of an illusion of separation ... but if we keep our feet on the ground we speak only of mental and physical aspects of our current physical experience of the here and now.
When I think of someone I connect instinctively to my most emotional part, the so-called heart. I think, and I remember especially those moments when this person showed the most tender part of his humanity, with a nice touch, the sweet words of comfort or even a smile, a hug.
I think these are the most important things and especially for me are the things that leave a mark in my memory and in my heart.
And you what do you think?

----------------------------------
Being a teacher is much more than to be a teacher as the result of his good work is invaluable: create a positive wave that spreads in the future to shape it.
We need good teachers not excellent grades, creativity and not parrots, individuals and persons not subject to mass culture.

Possibile e impossibile

It works just as well: since you were a child, and everyone around you say: this is, no, this one is possible, what is impossible: all bullshit.

Cosa ci stiamo perdendo ?

Cosa ci stiamo perdendo?

I am now months that I blend in the head a thought: I'm really living consciously making choices of my life, or are trapped in an illusion of myself crafted along with millions of people?
If she could speak with thousands of words arriving at different more or less plausible answers, and then a further loss of time.
So I say: I'm fucking turn off Facebook and someplace place surrounded by nature, take a walk or otherwise motor activity that will download and at the same time relaxes you and then look, just observe the beauty of nature that surrounds you, no worries and without judgments, assessments or other shits ...
There is only the viewer and look ... and the rest?
I would do it every day for a while ', until it is a new awareness, a new naturalness that rises from the depths of ourselves: that small voice inside ourselves trying to tell us something since we were born, disturbed by a thousand voices and loud noises of all those who are around us, and they want it or not inculcate something.
If you hear this little voice will tell you something like this:
"Do you feel this immense sweet sound of silence ?: Are you, is everything, is ..."
Feel it more often if you can
Let's try at least, otherwise this dream that we build every day seems meaningless, or is used by others for unnatural purposes, where there is no awareness and freedom.

Ricco o felice ?

--------/------------------------
All the moments of the past and future life have their value, a value approximately proportional to what you need to progress. If you do a short meditation trying to bring up your past the most intense moments you will find that for the most part are bound to live in hereandnow something related with love, beauty, awareness ... Do you really want to be rich in money or better to be happy? Possibly both, or ... The second you said! 😀

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Public book cover of Terzani book because as he responded to the book by Oriana Fallaci, "The Rage and the Pride" after the attacks of September 11, although I believe that the answer is not in the war but within us.
One can not be against those who make the hostages and shoot with a machine gun against those who are quietly having dinner at the restaurant, this is obvious as the fact that these heinous crimes should be punished by applying the law but do not forget that those who make these absurd acts and immolated for a cause no sense to serve multinational companies of weapons and whatever else they too are victims and men, as we are.
There is no possibility to answer hatred with hatred, is not working.
An eye for an eye makes the world blind, Gandhi said.
Who armed these men? Who convinced them to commit suicide to kill other innocent people just to shout "God is great"? What sense does it create terror in a city without hitting any major nerve center of political or military?
How many people are killed every day in the world wars and is not known and no one from the news?
The terror created by the fact that 20% of the planet has 80% of the wealth begins to move in our paradise and you have to start to deal with the sustainability of the type of life we are doing and especially that "they" are doing ...
I feel deep sorrow and sympathy for all victims of Paris but also for their tormentors that are nothing more than expendable pawns of a series of command levels playing with the lives of people in the world. I feel compassion for them too because theirs is a sad life: based on the accumulation of unnecessary wealth that can not take to the grave.
The true wealth is within us: our love of life, love, beauty, awareness.

Come potevo MANGIARLO?

The qualities of goodness and beauty
I know that this post will soon become unpopular as the writer. Well I also know that until 10 years ago, ate meat and fish and ham, salami who does not find it good?
Then it happened within me a change: from day to day what until recently was a delight I watched him and I could see the myriad of suffering caused to produce it. It was just a piece of battered corpse of a sentient being whose life was made hell on earth.
How could I eat it? What qualities in addition to those chemicals (already questionable) I absorbed all that suffering?
Have you ever seen what happens in a herd, intensive or not, and then in a slaughterhouse?
How could I be COMPLETE with so many TERRITANT violence?
I had them and they were me. There is no separation, no difference, we are all alive and life is a gift that we can not afford to take off, especially in that way and for no reason because there are good and healthy foods of all kinds without creating suffering.
So when I see those who post photos of ham, grilled meat, perhaps remembering some jolly jaunt, I feel no resentment but I see myself all those years ago and I hope that one day all will follow this path.
I would just remind you that piece of meat that exhibited so proudly is just a dead body of a living being that has been subjected to all kinds of physical and psychological suffering.
That's all.
Make your choice but always aware.
What are the qualities of goodness and beauty in your opinion?

:-)

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------The harmony between give and take
It 's really amazing how some people do not notice tease others telling of things that have no meaning. In fact instead they take only around themselves because they are not able to listen and hold an intelligent conversation without using the power that someone else gave him.
They look like duties their claims out of every rule and very burdensome for people and make it look like concessions against falls from the normal rights that should be granted.
Maybe they did not understand that the universe is moving harmoniously and then while continuing to ask without ever giving you arrive at a point of impasse.
This is very sad, but especially for them: they can not move because my happiness depends only on me!

Quali routine volete seguire?

Diffondere positività fa bene a te e a chi ti ascolta!

The challenge of 21 days

|

We all have a routine, that set of actions and behaviors that we repeat day after day and that make us feel safe, or so we believe.
There are routine high-impact and low-impact routine.
The routines of high impact are those that move in the desired direction, which help us to be better, to do better, and eventually lead us to have better. Habits are functional to happiness.
Low-impact routines instead are those who steal energy, which separate us from our dreams, which ruin our relationships. Are dysfunctional habits that gradually transforms us into the worst version of ourselves.

What routine you want to follow?
According to several studies, it takes 21 days to change or introduce a new habit.
Here then is a challenge: choose one or two habits among those proposed below and put it into practice for 21 days.
Tell us how it went!

1. Early in the morning, you do something for you
How many of you just get up in the morning to check email, Facebook or other social media? This behavior makes us less productive and less focused on what we planned to do. In the morning, take some time for yourself: 15 minutes for meditation, breathing exercises, reading quotes or blogs that you can inspire or simply enjoyed your breakfast with calm and with the people you love.

2. Spend 10 minutes to think about what went well
Every night before going to sleep, think about what went well during the day, although it is a small goal or a small sign of luck. This will make you think how many blessings we have in your life, after all, and help you to continue on your path of personal growth.

3. Represents each day with a photo
For the next 21 days, look closely at your surroundings and take a picture of something that hits you. Then write a short caption or a paragraph to describe your feelings. This exercise helps to increase the focus and greater appreciation of your surroundings!

4. Unleash your creativity
Creating something from scratch gives a sense of completion and satisfaction. Choose an activity that you like (for example, paint, draw, write, color, sewing, etc.) and let your creativity flow.

5. Learn something new
It's common knowledge: learning something new makes us happy. They are the words of a new language, a new hobby or a new recipe, practice learning something new every day.

6. Teach something every day
Also share our unique gifts and talents and make them available to others makes us feel useful and happy then. What you ask for help people generally? How can you help those around you (family, friends, work)?

7. Use positive words
The words you use create your world. For the next 21 days, think carefully about the words you use to express yourself. Spreading positivity does love you and your listeners!

8. Throw something you do not need
To clean the external environment helps to make order in our inner world. Every day, throw something that you do not need. At first you'll feel a sense of discomfort. Many times it is our fear of separation that does not allow us to let go of the objects to which we are attached and where we think we can not do without. Day after day, it will be easier to identify what is really essential and discard those that do not serve us.

9. Improve your diet
We are what we eat. Enter the small habits to improve your diet. Drink warm water, better still with the lemon juice, it helps to eliminate toxins. Eating more fruits and vegetables, especially if raw, gives you more energy and vitality. On www.crudoeservito.ityou find many free resources for your nutrition.

10. Do at least 20 minutes of exercise every day
Looking after your body makes you feel good. We must not sfiancarsi, just choose an activity that we like, such as walking, running, dancing, meditating and being consistent. Carve out time for us makes us more serene with others.

If we compare our mind to a tv on at all times that we are forced to take us always behind?
Who does not love the TV you can also think of another device: a radio, a book and why not a tablet.
At this point, you would create three types of characters.
The first is the passive: look, listen, read everything that is proposed without any intervention of his will. His life runs in an almost completely unaware.
All that happens is the fault of others and there is no specific project but only some usual desire for wealth and power.
The second character is active and slightly more conscious: sometimes feel within themselves that there is something beyond this tv on at all times but can not grasp the reality.
Look in all the ways of choosing the best programs to achieve some goals it has set itself, but this does not always work so often changing goal.
The third character for some reason occasionally distracted by the TV and while watching a sunset, the song of a bird, the laughter of a child, the roar of a river or straight during an orgasm has realized that there is a reality that is ignored.
He lives as the second choosing programs but its not curiosity, rather restlessness: strives to understand how to get back in that wonderful moment where he was cast with the whole everything was entered into him.
Eventually destroyed by this research one day you let go consciously and suddenly feels a strange silence: the TV is turned off, the switch can only when he wants to and start a new life.

Satyam
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The fake civilization is based on external assessments, acquired concepts that lead to an empty life, merely mechanical. In all this totally misses what makes us very human, that is totally free, has a very high value but not cheap.
